Customer Policies
AVAILABILITY
If you do not see the item you are looking for online, it is because
we are sold out and will no longer carry it. There is always a chance
that one of our retailers, listed on our web site, may still have
an in-season item if we are out of it. If you have to have it, together,
we will try to track it down.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. currency. At this time, we accept credit card
payments only. We take Visa, Master Card and Discover. Beckons
is required to collect 8.31% sales tax on orders shipped to Colorado.
DELIVERY TIME
We try to ship all orders within 5 business days of receipt; however,
if an order requires communication with a customer, order-processing
resumes after the communication is received (whether by e-mail or
phone). Please allow for delivery time in your area, which may be
5-7 business days when going to either coast. We ship to the U.S.
and Canada.
SHIPPING METHOD
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We offer ground, 2-day, and
Overnight service. Unfortunately UPS does not offer Saturday or Sunday
delivery, and is unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURNS
Beckons will gladly accept returns or exchange of any new clothing
that has not been washed or worn, or any defective garment, within 30 days of receipt of your order. A refund will be given to a customer
only if the item was purchased from us directly.
Please understand we cannot be responsible for lost packages that
are not shipped via insured mail. Refunds will not be issued for shipping
charges. If you request an exchange, we will pay shipping and handling
for the items shipped back to you. Allow 10 business days from the
time we receive your package for your request to be processed.
To send a return, print out a return
form and enclose the item(s)
you wish to return. If you are unable to print this form, include your
name, return address, a daytime phone number and instruction of what
to exchange or return.
